Life drawing is an important additional element and may be offered by the College at a reduced cost. The RCEM ePortfolio is also used by other non-training professionals who work within Emergency Medicine. This is to collect evidence of their work within the Emergency Department, particularly if they: Over the past decade, many frameworks and tools have evolved to support professional development across the profession. The RPS Advanced Pharmacy Framework (APF) is a framework for identifying and recognising the stage of practice. It is applicable to all sectors and nations, building on what have previously been shown to work. This can form the basis of the professional portfolio. This framework builds on the widely used Advanced to Consultant Level Framework (the ACLF), to ensure it is applicable to all sectors and specialisms across pharmacy in Great Britain (GB). Evidence supports its use across the profession, and more widely, for the development of both advanced and specialist practice, applicable to all who work in pharmacy. The Portfolio Guidance for Enhanced, Advanced, and Consultant Practitioners in Wales allows practitioners to evidence their level of practice. The document includes guidance on content, how to access the eportfolio and useful tools to collect and reflect on practice.Portfolios will be assessed by an RPS advancedpharmacist competency committee (APCC), which will consist of at least three panel members fulfilling the following roles: The APF is intended for use once early or foundation years have been completed. It forms a useful supportive framework to gather evidence of advancement across the core competencies. It is also used as an enabling framework to 'host' a range of professional curricula which identify the key knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours, needed in different scopes of practice.

Throughout this general art and design course, you will work on your own portfolio. Tutor support is provided on a one-to-one basis throughout this process providing invaluable advice about which direction to head with projects; ensuring the preparation of a portfolio that is well-rounded with a diversity of media and project types. In each project, you will work on source drawing, the development of ideas and solutions.Richard Collier, Lead for the Centre for Advancing Practice said: "We are delighted to be launching the e-portfolio route today. Advanced Practitioners support multi-professional teams by providing clinical leadership and enabling collaboration that helps improve clinical continuity and provides high-quality care for patients. Successfully completing the e-Portfolio process gives reassurance to employers, patients, carers, and families, that the Advanced Practitioner has had their education and training at an advanced level recognised. RPS advanced pharmacist competency committees will meet remotely four times a year to review portfolio submissions. There will be a submission window and a final portfolio submission date. The RCEM ePortfolio (Kaizen) is a platform that allows RCEM members with the appropriate category, to create a learning record that provides actual evidence of achievement to support either their progression through a recognised training programme or provide evidence on their professional development for future use. Access to the ePortfolio The RCEM ePortfolio (Kaizen) is used by a wide variety of Emergency Medicine Professionals and is available to members of the College who have the appropriate membership category. Application for College Membership and ePortfolio access can be made online here. RCEM Trainees

Moderate: A moderate portfolio management strategy would simply blend an aggressive and conservative approach. In an attempt to get the best of both worlds, a moderate portfolio still invests heavily in equities but also diversifies and may be more selective in what those equities are. If the APCC agrees you haveprovided satisfactory evidence to demonstrate achievement of all the core advanced pharmacist curriculum outcomes under assessment. Standard not metThe potential assessment outcomes of the advanced pharmacistcompetency committee are as follows: Standard met Conservative: On the other hand, a conservative portfolio relates to capital preservation. Extremely risk-adverse investors may adopt a portfolio management strategy that minimizes growth but also minimizes the risk of losses. Please be aware that Core EM Trainees (CT1-3), HST trainees (ST4-6), Run-Through-Trainees (ST1-6) and those in LAT or FTSTA posts need to register/enrol with the College. The Professional Framework for Enhanced, Advanced and Consultant Clinical Practice in Wales replaces the NILIAH (2010) Framework for Advanced Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional Practice, recognising the changes in workforce across Wales. The framework defines these levels of practice, the education that underpins them, andprovides support and guidance for employers, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and clinical practitioners or those aspiring to practice at these levels.
