And within two days my active acne flattened. I kept using it religiously for a month and since then I got two more acnes that flattened right after erupting. My acne marks started lightening even though it will take a little more time for them to completely disappear. Initially the serum did break me out so stopped using it for a week to let my skin heal. Later I gave it another try by limiting its use to 2 times a week until my skin slowly got used to the serum. Now a days I am able to use it in the morning and at night alternating with AHA and retinol without any problems. This is one of the best vitamin C serums that I have used which did not irritate my sensitive skin. I am happy with the results. The Goodal vitamic C serum does everything it CLAIMS to do – Brightens skin , fades dark spots, acne scars and other blemishes, even tones the skin. PROS Effects on my skin: I have used this serum for a month now. This makes my skin bright and glowy with every application. Doesn't make my skin oily or greasy. Makes skin bright and helps to fade dark spots. My dark spots started fading away after 2 weeks of usage. However, there is no drastic difference. It only works on my new spots. Faded them to some extent. Maybe continuous usage may help to fade away spots permanently. I'll update you regarding that later. But this serum doesn't work on old and darker spots. The Houttuynia Cordata Calming Moisture Toner is rich in red algae extract and orange peel oil to boost skin elasticity and balance skin’s water-oil levels.
