Available in an extensive range of cuprinol garden shades colours, it provides a beautiful overall matt finish, and contains special pigments ensuring a rich colour and allowing the natural texture of the woodgrain to shine through underneath. Before full application of Cuprinol Garden Shades, we always recommend testing a small area first, before beginning any project to ensure that you are happy with the colour and overall look of the finish. If you don't want to paint your exterior wood but want to protect it from the elements, consider a garden furniture treatment instead. Our specialist treatments include oak stain and furniture oils that can extend your furniture's lifetime.

Any overspray should be cleaned up immediately (whilst still wet) with water and household detergentApply in dry conditions, above 5 degrees Celsius and when bad weather is not forecast, minimum of 2 coats required. The final colour will vary depending on the surface and number of coats. If adhesion is inadequate on previous coatings, lightly sand before application. Make sure wood has been pre treated with appropriate wood preserver to prevent wood and decay.

Surfaces painted with Cuprinol Garden Shades can be cleaned at regular intervals with a dampened, lint-free cloth or Cuprinol Garden Furniture Cleaner. Maintenance Apply second coat as above. The second coat must be applied the same day as the first. If the first coat is left to dry overnight then the second coat will not adhere to the surface correctly Brighten up your garden with Cuprinol Garden Shades Paint. With a wide selection of colours available you will be able to easily redecorate your garden to your liking.Ensure that wooden surfaces to be treated are clean, dry and free from surface dirt and debris before painting. With a promise of 6 year weather protection on wooden surfaces, this water based paint takes approximately 8 hours to dry and covers up to 12m² per litre on average. Easily applied with a brush, roller or sprayer, this beautifully designed paint is available in 2 sizes including Cuprinol Garden Shades 1L and Cuprinol Garden Shades 2.5L. For optimum results, a maximum of 2 coats is generally required. Areas affected by mould, mildew, algae and fungi should first be treated with a suitable mould and mildew garden cleaner
