Delivery VWR hereby disclaims all other warranties or guarantees with respect to the subject matter, whether statutory, written, oral, express or implied including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. Where delivery or performance dates are stated by VWR these are estimates only and time is not of the essence; however, if VWR needs to change such dates it will do so only after providing information to the customer and having regards to the customer’s stated objectives.VWR does not control and inform changes to product specifications.
