Bunratty Irish whiskey is a blend of grain and triple distilled malt whiskeys balanced with peated malt whiskey and aged in bourbon, oloroso sherry, and new oak casks for about four years. At the time of writing, there is no Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2023. The House of Suntory hasn’t released it or any details on it. The bottle should release around August 2023, but we’ll update this article as soon as we know exactly when the release date of Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2023 is. The true beauty of this series though, is the bottle. It’s a luxurious piece of glassware that would make for a fantastic infinity bottle. The boxes too are gorgeous, with some of the best artwork you’ll see for whisky out there. This isn’t reflected in the price though, making every entry in this brand a steal if you can get your hands on it. The Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021 brought more of the same well-balanced, perfectly crafted whisky, but with a twist – the blenders at Suntory gave Hibiki liquid a Sakura cask finish, allowing us to explore their fine craftsmanship from a completely new angle. Distilled by Pennington Distilling Co., Davidson Reserve Genesis is made with a mashbill of 70% corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley; barreled in October 2014; and is bottled in bond. The first batch of Genesis was released as a 4 year old in 2018. This year's batch is a blend of 6-8 year old bourbons.
