This is evidenced by Clawdeen, Frankie, and Draculaura's dorm room being able to fit all three of them comfortably (and their door having exactly enough room for only three symbols that represent each of them), but only Frankie and Draculaura lived together before Clawdeen was admitted. I appreciate the 4th season in particular as it highlights the tremendous racial atrocities that these regimes are capable of, and the personal horrors of the victims. Frankie, Draculaura, and Ghoulia notice the changes and later find Gigi crying in the garden. Gigi is reluctant to explain (even when learning of the upcoming eclipse) that she is not allowed to influence the finder, but Frankie and Ghoulia point out that they are not the finder and Gigi should be able to tell them. Gigi realizes they are right and leads the ghouls away to the attic to explain everything regarding Whisp and where the real Clawdeen is. She warns them of Whisp’s plan to use the eclipse and one of Howleen’s wishes to gain all the power to banish everyone at Monster High and replace them with shadow versions to rule the world. Wanting to save their friends, Frankie and the others help devise a plan to save Clawdeen using an orb given to them by Gigi, which will allow them to leave the lantern. They later find Howleen and Shadow Clawdeen in the bathroom and confront Howleen to make her purposely wish them into the lantern to find Clawdeen, unknowingly leaving their shadow versions behind. Gigi then leaves Howleen alone, alerting her of how many wishes remain. Frankie is being chased by Creature 4.0. Neighthan and his hybrid friends arrive to help her. Together, Frankie and the Hybrids escape from the monster through the hallways of Monster High. Frankie interrupts the scene to inform the audience to rewind to the beginning to understand how all the events started. The school was built atop a wellspring of magical power, which could only be accessed through the catacomb labyrinth. Various entrances to this labyrinth exist throughout the school grounds, each corresponding to the different species of monsters comprising the monster council: vampire, frankenmonster, gorgon, mummy, werebeast, and sea monster. At the center of the labyrinth was a portal to another dimension, which could only be opened using the talismans of the council. [1] It is an extremely tall building resembling a medieval castle. It contains things typical of high schools: hallways, classrooms, a cafeteria, an auditorium, and dorm rooms for students to live in.
