I’m happy, okay?’ she shouted at him again, still sobbing and he looked up at the ceiling, seeking patience from overemotional women.

A born surgeon, Dylan resents having to down his orthopaedic power tools for a six-month spell in Elderly Care. He thought that at least working with Lou would make his skiving easier; after all she’s always helped him out before. And so what if he’s been having these weird dreams about her since he woke up in her flat? It’s not like he’d ever actually go there. When it was over I still felt like something was missing. Lou has a crush on Dylan for 10 years. 10 years!!! I just couldn't wrap my head around someone who would pine away for someone for so long and not tell him or at least move on with her own life. And Dylan. Dylan is a total manwhore just tripping through life. He treats Lou pretty badly. Dylan, Grow up and Man up PLEASE. What is it that Lou still sees in him? Explain this to me.

User Reviews:

High maintenance,’ he muttered under his breath as he hugged her to him, letting her tears soak into his chest. She snorted, prodding his side in one of his weak spots she knew so well. slept with every available woman while the heroine was celibate which is just the worst, why couldnt she have had a nice relationship with someone while he was competing for the Mr.STD title? Don’t get all gushy on me babes, you know it only embarrasses me.’ Lou snorted and crossed her arms under her chest as Dylan ran his hands down his face. ‘My head feels like there’s a Frenchman living in it.’ I couldn't get over the arse that is Dylan; or the strife that Lou has to overcome, to find this romantic. Lou and Dylan have been best friends for years, but when a drunken night ends with them in bed together, they start to want more.

How about: “Come on Frankie let’s just get going, you don’t need any stuff to stay at mine.” Or “Don’t worry about the pill Frankie; it’ll be fine”.’ Yes, well at least neither of us remember too much about it,’ Lou said stiffly. She had her arms wrapped round herself on the bed now and wasn’t meeting his eyes. Dylan had the nagging feeling that he was missing something. Of course I’ll bloody marry you!’ she choked out but managed to stem her tears long enough to give his bemused face a watery smile, and then an equally watery kiss.Don’t worry, Yaz isn’t a regular feature of the office,” Verity told me once we were alone. “She helps out when we’re short, or when she feels like the atmosphere in the office needs ‘readjusting’. You get used to her. Right, shall we start?” Weasel?’ Lou said into the phone as she watched a beautiful Frankie clad in a toweling dressing gown glide over to the window and stare down at the street. Lou sighed. ‘I’m not a completely crap friend you know. I wouldn’t have left her there in the state she was in. Truth was that Weasel Gankface got to her first and practically carried her home. Far as I know he’s still here.’ Also, what's with the random jumps in time without even a warning to the poor reader? There literally was a lifechanging event with the hero and heroine of the previous book in the series in one chapter and in the next it's several months later without even a hint of some time having passed. I don’t think I’ve read a book with a bigger a**hole as a main character, quite frankly. I’d like to give him a trophy 🏆 for being the worst hero ever written in a romance novel. Seriously.

Dyl, I was wondering if you…’ she trailed off, looking down at the floor for a moment, before squaring her shoulders with determination. ‘I mean would you mind…I know it might be weird but…would you walkmedowntheaisle?’ Dylan took a moment to decipher the rushed words, but once he had he wasted no time in snatching Frankie up in a fierce hug, nearly lifting her off her feet. Yo, V!” I heard shouted behind us, and turned to see the receptionist I remembered from last week jogging across the office. “Soz about that. Fell down on the old reception gig again. Mark needed an urgent spot of reiki.” A lot of reviewers gave up on our big H ass-hat, but I kind of bought it. Personally did not care for his manwhore ways, but he finally figures out how much he loves Lou. But, despite his huge popularity, Verity had taken over most of the other interviews during the rest of the programme, telling Dermot that Max ‘wasn’t a people person’. I’d loved that episode of Dream Homes even though it always put Nate in a bad mood. He hated Max. Didn’t have any time for “all that eco-design idiocy’. But…but…’ Lou didn’t know if she could handle her parents, or more specifically her mother, on top of everything.Frankie’s lips curved slightly in the first semblance of a true smile Lou had seen from her for the last two hours, and her hand moved to rest on her still flat lower abdomen. The story was all over the place. The hero was unnecessarily cruel to the heroine more than a few times. So much so when the Lou said this as to why she loved him: but as Christmas rolled around he wasn’t surprised when she bought his sister a complete remodeling of her salon and his delighted mum a new blinking bathroom and a hot tub for their garden, making them the envy of all the neighbours in the village. But he let that slide as well. He knew how much the love of his family meant to her, especially now with Jimbo still away and her mother not speaking to her. Although her dad had surprised them all by visiting her I was looking forward to the intelligent and determined young doctors (who doesn't love Greys Anatomy?), and the added bonus of it having a Welsh MC (I lived in Wales for years, and I'm very fond of it). Ah … I–I thought that would take a bit longer if I’m honest.” She laughed. “That was supposed to be your first week of work. The desktop looks unrecognisable.”
