This is my first study Bible after a lifetime of the KJV, Strongs and Eastons since 1962, the NIV I bought 20 years ago and the Good News Translation which is my bedtime reading and gets replaced rather frequently.

Of course we should expect the bible to be heavier since it will contain everything I've mentioned that this bible contains.
