Sad to say this one is not worth the hype to me at all it's incredibly synthetic and I get 0 ocean from this (AND I LIVED BY THE OCEAN). It does smell pretty similar to Versace pour home with some slight differences though, I feel as though VPH leans more on the synthetic side. I get a lot more similarity to BDC EDT than BDC EDP, so if you're looking for a cheap way to get close to the EDT this is a great choice. If you are looking for longevity and silage info, you need to look at other comments because I still need to test it more. But this has an interesting, prominent oregano and /or basil note that blends very well and sets it apart from the aforementioned fragrances, in a good way. As for this stuff, may as well get a bottle of lemon water and splash it on, because in minutes that's what you've got for your money with Missoni Wave. One girl told me that I smelled like storaged old clothes (definitelly not a compliment 🤣), Another Woman told me that she loved the smell because to her it is like a fresh out of the shower clean and groomed man smell. It definitely opens strong with grapefruit and lemon, ginger, jasmine and a little bit of apple in the middle and birch in the base.Missoni is an equal or better scent itself, really close to the EDT, with a little creaminess going on. The heart notes consist of Ginger, Apple and Jasmine whilst the base notes are Birch, Oak, Sandalwood, Musk and Patchouli.

The top notes of the fragrance are Grapefruit, Lemon and Lavender, giving it a fresh citrus burst to open the fragrance. I obtained a mini of this scent a few months back in response to an online reviewer touting it as an inexpensive freshie, but gave it away before trying it, so I bought a full bottle, and I shouldn't have.The grapefruit opening in missoni is much louder and harsh in a good way, and the lavender is the backbone of the fragrance. It has a sweetness to it, so in my opinion this would work best in colder weather, but you can wear it at summer too just go easy on the sprays. One interesting aspect is that the earlier phases feel chilly and fairly fresh while the dry down is noticeably warmer.
