Only by being able to ask this "question behind the question" can we take ownership of the problem and start working toward a solution.Ask ourselves QBQ questions and we’re much more likely to take pro-active action, inspire those around us to do the same, and improve our lives. I think this book has high and lows but deserves this rating for having some decent stories and for how long the book is.
