Where product descriptions state ‘fur’ please note all fabrics are man-made (see individual compositions for details). We've written a blog post on what holiday essentials you'll need to think about when you're travelling with a baby, which you can read here. The Armadillo's design makes everyday trips easy, convenient and fun, without impacting on baby's comfort. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice.

It has bungee cords that attach the car seat and even though you don’t need it, it makes it easy to lug around the airport (we bring our car seat when we travel instead of renting one). Pushchairs are designed to last you a long time if you look after them - and thankfully caring for your pushchair is really easy. The wheels need fitting but they clip on – no tools required – and there is a break cord that links the back wheels, which just needs tucking inside a Velcro pocket. The all-wheel suspension and front-wheel swivel lock make navigating paved roads, gravel and grass more manageable. Out of the three you listed it would be between Armadillo and B-Agile for me (B-Agile is better than City Mini, so City Mini is out). The brake on the Armadillo is very easy to apply and the stroller feels secure when they are engaged. Oh, and you can also attach the drinks holder and rain cover if required, but I think my three year old could manage those so not really noteworthy.

All of our parent testers agreed that this stroller reclines easily, and it can be done with one hand: lift the lever on the back of the seat and pull the back down. Although it's suitable from birth, I probably wouldn't use it until my little one was two or three-months-old. The seat is 12″ wide with a 20″ seat back and a measurement of 24″ from the back of the seat to the top of the canopy. That shows you that they were not trying to create just another OK stroller, but wanted to create an AMAZING product. All you need to do is make sure the wheels are clean and free of debris, as embedded dirt and grit could damage them. We’ve had the same travel system for more than three years, and I’ve loved it dearly; but with Elfin now officially a toddler, the time has come for something a little more compact; the time has come for a stroller. The New Armadillo XT has a full recline, or lie-flat mode which expands the length of a roomy 92cm, ensuring it has an impressive lifespan for your growing toddler. The lightest and most compact stroller with all-terrain wheels that I can recommend would be Baby Jogger City Mini GT. I can’t stand when pushchair hoods are ‘fantastic for sunny weather’ yet the reality is that even when extended, they’re not even close to large enough. I also use the Recaro Easylife, which has a one-handed fold system but the Armadillo XT is much easier to use.
