Thomas Dakin is a juniper-led London Dry that celebrates traditional gin making, using 11 botanical including English coriander and horseradish. In 1761, he pioneered the development and refinement of high quality English gin, before anyone else. My mission is to experience, share and inspire with everything great about gin through my writing, my brand building and my gin tastings.
