This is one of the most affordable Blu-ray players we've tested. Add it to your 'maybe' pile if you're shopping for a basic Blu-ray player, but be warned that this model doesn't have 4K upscaling technology and won't play 3D Blu-rays.

Display screen size is important, especially if you have a car DVD player with dual screens. Look for gorgeous HD displays that are large enough to read text from. The resolution screen should be a 10.1-inch screen or more and capable of playing HD video so you can enjoy movies or video games in their full glory.
